Lets get started!

There is at least a thousand exercise and workout DVDs out there promising you only better results than the last DVD you purchased. It has to be almost frustrating to keep looking and to no avail, no great results! After 3 kids and a less than perfect body, I purchased Tony Horton 10 Minute Trainer. Before kids I had a very athletic figure. Nice butt, thighs, and most of all tight abs. Depressed and feeling the only way to go was up, I broke down and purchased the DVDs. Quite skeptical at first, but after 10 days I saw small results. I took 2.5 inches off my waist! Now, don't get me wrong, its not an easy road. You have to diet as well as do three different 10 minute workouts as recommended. However, if you are busy and can only do one, you can still get results. I do one whenever I can, then another or two if feasible for that day. I really like the workouts, they may not be very easy at first but you start to get it after a couple days. Plus there is a great yoga workout included and if you are like me and are not flexible at all, you will love it because it gives you a great all over stretch. Its only been two weeks and I've lost about 4 lbs which is an average of two pounds a week. Its not a get skinny fast scheme, its a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off.  Dont worry, if you're still skeptical, stay tuned. I will be keeping you all informed of how it is really working for an overweight, out of shape, mother of 3. You just have to be dedicated, and I know if I can do it anyone can!

Well, I recently injured my back so I havent been able to work out. However, I still am into healthy eating and it has contributed to my weight loss immensely. I have lost a total of 10 lbs and I am loving it. I am waiting for my back to heal before I continue my training and will update with another hub asap.

i think thats great im 14 and trying to lose 60 lbs and i have no idea how do you think the best way to lose weight at my age is could u please i just need some help i wamt to lose 60 lbs in 6 or 7 months.

Taylor, its great that you want to take this step! The first thing you want to do is look at your diet. Take out all the soda, sugar, and processed foods that you can. Eat more fruits and vegtables, and up your protein intake. start your exercise regimine off slow. Try walking 30 minutes a day. After a week or two. Turn that walk into a brisk walk (fast) for atleast 45 minutes. If you can go to the gym thats great! If not maybe invest in some 5 lb dumbells. Search online for dumbell workouts and they will give you upper and lower body exercises with the dumbells. Dont forget to stretch to prevent injury. Good luck!!
